Lobster Delmonico Recipe

  1. In a double boiler, heat butter; add in flour, then cream and add in seasonings gradually.
  2. Add in cubed lobster meat from 2 pounds cooked lobster.
  3. When heated, add in beaten egg yolks.
  4. Cook a minute or possibly so longer.
  5. Serve on toast.
