Holiday Salad Mold Recipe
- 2 c. fruit juice (not lemon or possibly grapefruit)
- 1 pkg lemon Jello
- 1 c. whole cranberry sauce
- 1 c. diced apple
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 c. tokay grapes, halved
- Heat fruit juice over low heat, add in gelatin and stir till dissolved.
- Add in remaining ingredients and pour into 12 individual molds or possibly muffin tins, refrigeratetill set.
- Serve on lettuce leaves with dollop of mayonnaise.
