3-Step Blueberry Cheesecake

  1. Using an electric mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add eggs and mix well.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Spoon 1/4 to 1/3 of the pie filling onto the top.
  5. Gently swirl the blueberry with a toothpick.
  6. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate.
  8. Serve topped with remaining pie filling.
