Sausage And Egg Casserole Recipe
- 4 c. plain croutons
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 10 to 12 Large eggs
- 1 pound mild sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 4 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, paprika
- 1 tbsp.chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Mix croutons, cheese and sausage and put into greased casserole, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
- Slightly beat Large eggs and add in all other ingredients to them.
- Pour this over the croutons, cheese and sausage.
- Sprinkle top with paprika.
- Bake 45 min in 325 degree oven till hard and light brown.
- This can be made the night before.
