Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  1. Preheat oven at 400
  2. Lightly grease cooking sheet with 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. Beat egg with a splash of water
  4. Dip each piece of cauliflower in egg wash
  5. Then, in separate bowl, lightly coat florets with panko, place on baking sheet
  6. Drizzle remaining olive oil over coated florets
  7. Bake until just tender but still crisp and browned, about 15 minutes
  8. Combine butter and hot sauce, use less or more hot sauce as you prefer your heat
  9. Drizzle butter/hot sauce mixture over florets
  10. Serve hot with bleu cheese and celery
