Easy Strawberry Cool Recipe

• 1 (12 ounce.) container Cold Whip topping
• 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
• 1 (21 ounce.) can strawberry pie filling
• 1/2 c. minced pecans
• 1 strawberry, sliced to make fan (optional)
• 1 tbsp. minced pecans (optional)

1. In large bowl, mix Cold Whip, liquid removed pineapple, pie filling and 1/2 c. pecans.
2. Mix well.
3. Garnish with strawberry fan and 1 Tbsp.
4. minced pecans.
5. Chill till ready to serve.
6. Serves 6 to 8.
7. Cherry pie filling may be substituted for strawberry.
