Cranberry Waldorf (A Healthier Version)
- 1 12 cups cranberries, chopped (can pulse in food processor)
- 1 cup chopped red apple
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup green seedless grape, halved
- 13 cup raisins
- 14 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
- Combine all tossing to coat.
- Cover and chill 2 hours.
- Can garnish with sugar-dipped cranberries.
