Delmonico Potatoes

  1. Place cream into a pan and heat to a boil.
  2. Add the pototatoes, thyme, rosemary and garlic.
  3. Heat until potatoes are cooked and cream is reduced.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
