Delmonico Potatoes
- 2 qt. double cream
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Potatoes, diced
- Place cream into a pan and heat to a boil.
- Add the pototatoes, thyme, rosemary and garlic.
- Heat until potatoes are cooked and cream is reduced.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
