20 Minute White Bean Chili Recipe
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb grnd turkey
- 1 c. chicken broth or possibly lower sodium chicken broth
- 1 x 14 1/2-oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1/3 c. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/8 tsp grnd red pepper or possibly more
- 1 x 15-oz can cannellini beans liquid removed and rinsed
- 1 x 8-oz can corn liquid removed Tortilla chips Shredded Cheddar cheese Cilantro fresh, minced, optional
- 1.
- In 3-qt saucepan, over medium-high heat, sautee onions and garlic in oil till tender.
- Add in turkey; cook till done, stirring occasionally to break up meat.
- Drain.
- 2.
- Stir in chicken broth, tomatoes, mustard, chili pwdr and pepper.
- Heat to a boil; reduce heat.
- Simmer for 10 min.
- Stir in beans and corn; cook for 5 min.
- Top with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and cilantro if you like.
