Brad's Mexican Chicken Meat
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 12 tablespoon chili powder
- 12 onion, chopped
- 1 anaheim chili, chopped
- Place Chicken in a pot.
- Cover with water, add salt.
- Bring to a rolling boil for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove chicken and pick meat clean.
- Saute onions and pepper 5 minutes in a skillet.
- Add chicken meat, 3 ladles of water used to boil chicken, cumin and chili powder.
- Cook until reduced by half.
- 10 minutes.
- Serve in favorite tortillas.
