Louisiana.Bride Hot Wings
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 dash Bacon Salt
- 1/4 cups Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 bottle Louisiana Hot Sauce (3 Ounce Bottle)
- 1 bag Chicken Wings (large, 2-3 Pound Bag)
- Mix all ingredients together, except chicken.
- Feel free to add or subtract things until you get your desired amount of hot sauce goodness.
- Then add your chicken wings.
- I marinate either a large pack of chicken thighs or a bag of the Tyson chicken wings in this sauce for a day or two depending on when I think to get started on it.
- After they are done soaking up the spicy goodness for day or so I grill them.
- Make sure you set some sauce aside to baste them in as they grill and to toss them in after cooking.
- The more hot sauce the merrier.
