Spinach filling for Ravioli

• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 12 cup parmesan cheese
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon butter
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper
• 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
• pasta dough

1. Mix together all ingredients well and stuff pasta.
