Plum Chutney Recipe
- 4 red plums, pitted & minced
- 4 tbsp. fresh mint, minced
- 2 green chilies, seeded & finely minced or possibly 2 red chilies, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
- 1/4 c. water
- This has a sweet-sour taste.
- It can be made only when the plums are in season.
- Any plum may be substituted which is not too sour or possibly too sweet.
