Turkey with Smoked Provolone, Roasted Red Peppers on Foccacia

  1. On 1 slice of bread, spread a light layer of sweet and spicy mustard.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lay the pieces of oven-roasted turkey on the mustard side of the bread; then add the roasted red peppers and top with the smoked provolone.
  3. Put the sandwich on a baking tray in the oven and cook for 3-4 minutes (until the cheese just starts to melt).
  4. Remove from oven and put on a piece of red leaf lettuce and go!
