Caribbean Jerk BBQ Pork Sandwich
- 6 Tbsp. Caribbean jerk seasoning, divided
- 3 each pork butt roasts
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 24 each sandwich rolls, split
- Sprinkle 5 Tbsp.
- of the jerk seasoning (or 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- of the jerk seasoning for trial recipe) evenly over pork.
- Place in full hotel pan (or half hotel pan for trial recipe); cover with foil.
- Bake in 275F-standard oven for 3 hours (or in 250F-convection oven for 1-1/2 hours) or until pork is cooked through (160F).
- Remove from pan; cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, combine barbecue sauce, remaining 1 Tbsp.
- jerk seasoning (or remaining 1/2 Tbsp.
- jerk seasoning for trial recipe) and the cinnamon in large saucepan.
- Shred the pork.
- Add to ingredients in saucepan; mix well.
- Cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon about 1 cup of the pork mixture into each roll just before serving.
