Warm Stir-Fried Chicken & Spinach Salad

  1. Whisk together; vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, salt, paprika, & pepper.
  2. Pour into a zip lock bag, add chicken, & marinate for 2-5 hours.
  3. In a large bowl combine rest of ingredients.
  4. Drain chicken & stir fry till done.
  5. Add remaining marinade & heat till boiling.
  6. Pour hot chicken mix over salad, toss, & serve immediately.
