Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak

  1. Place steaks in non-reactive pan.
  2. Add dressing.
  3. Turn steak to coat evenly both sides with dressing; cover.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. Grill steak on medium-high heat until medium doneness (160 degrees F), turning once.
  6. Remove from grill; let stand 5 min.
  7. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
