CHIA PUDDINGS

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cover with glad wrap.
  4. Put in fridge to thicken for 4 hours.
  5. Over night is best.
  6. Remove from fridge.
  7. Place in serving glases.
  8. Top with whatever toppings you like.
  9. Here I made a mixed berry coulis, strawberries and banana and sprinkle of cacao powder.
