Sinless Gravy
- 13 cup nutritional yeast (this is not regular yeast)
- 2 tablespoons oat flour
- 4 tablespoons garbanzo bean flour
- 2 12 cups water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (can use gluten-free soy sauce)
- 2 tablespoons granulated onion or 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional) or 1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley (optional)
- 12 teaspoon dried sage
- 12 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
- In a pan over high heat, mix the yeast, oat flour and garbanzo flour and stir until it smells toasty.
- Take the pan from the heat and whisk in water and all other ingredients.
- Stir until it's smooth.
- Take the pan back to the heat and keep stirring until the gravy thickens and comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
