Wild Buffalo Chicken Salad
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 pkg. (9 oz. each) torn salad greens
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 small carrot, shredded Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix dressing, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and wing sauce until blended.
- Brush chicken with oil.
- Grill 6 min.
- on each side.
- Brush with half the remaining barbecue sauce; grill 1 to 2 min.
- or until chicken is done (165F), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Slice chicken.
- Toss with salad greens, celery, carrots and cheese in large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
