Creamy Chicken Salad Sandwich

• 2/3 cup chopped cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup chopped Granny Smith apples
• 1/4 cup chopped celery
• 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
• 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1/8 tsp. black pepper
• 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted

1. Combine all ingredients except toast in small bowl.
2. Fill toast slices with chicken mixture.
