Silky Christmas Pumpkin Pie

• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup pumpkin
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 each pie shell (9 inch) 9 inch, unbaked

1. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into the pie crust.
2. Bake at 425F (220C) for 15 minutes and then lower the heat to 375 and bake until set.
