Jessi's Potatoes in Foil

• 1 potato, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 12 tablespoon butter
• onion salt
• garlic powder
• grated parmesan cheese
• nonstick cooking spray

1. Cut a piece of foil about 12" square for each potato being cooked.
2. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Place cut-up potato on foil.
4. Add butter, onion salt, garlic powder & cheese.
5. Seal foil & cook in 450 deg oven for about 20 minutes.
6. (If you want you can leave them in the oven for the whole time, about 45-50 minutes.)
7. Place on upper rack of grill for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
