Tandoori Chapattis
- 500g chicken tenderloins or strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup tandoori paste
- 2 cup natural yoghurt
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup natural yoghurt, extra
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 6 garlic chapattis, warmed as per instructions on pack
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 80g lettuce mix
- Marinate chicken in combined tandoori and yoghurt for 2 hours.
- Chargrill the chicken for 5-8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Combine mayonnaise, extra yoghurt and mint, spread thickly over the warm chapattis.
- Top with the hot chicken, then lettuce and vegetables.
- Roll to enclose the filling.
- Slice diagonally across the centre and serve immediately.
