Tandoori Chapattis

  1. Marinate chicken in combined tandoori and yoghurt for 2 hours.
  2. Chargrill the chicken for 5-8 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, extra yoghurt and mint, spread thickly over the warm chapattis.
  4. Top with the hot chicken, then lettuce and vegetables.
  5. Roll to enclose the filling.
  6. Slice diagonally across the centre and serve immediately.
