Sugar Free Chocolate Layered Goodness
- 23 cups All-purpose Flour
- 23 cups Splenda
- 13 cups Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 13 cups Margarine
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 13 cups No-sugar-added Applesauce
- 1 package (1-pound Package) Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Or Oreo Cookies
- 2 packages (about 1.4 Ounce Each) Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 4 cups Skim Milk
- 12 ounces, weight Sugar-Free Cool Whip
- 1.Start by making brownies: combine Splenda, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Set aside.

- In mixer bowl, beat margarine, eggs and vanilla for 1 minute.
- Add applesauce and beat just until blended.
- 3.
- Stir in flour mixture until just blended.
- Spread evenly in a greased 8 square pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

- While brownies are baking, mix pudding mix and milk until pudding forms.
- After brownies cool, crumble them into pudding and then add 4 oz.
- Cool Whip.
- Mix together.
- 5.
- Layer pudding, cookies, pudding, Cool Whip and cookies.
- Refrigerate overnight and serve cold.
