Spaghetti Italian Meatballs Recipe

  1. First make meat balls.
  2. Next make tomato sauce.
  3. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large saucepan.
  4. Add in the onion and garlic; saute/fry 5 min.
  5. Puree the tomatoes in a blender.
  6. Add in to the onion mix with the tomato paste, water, seasonings and wine.
  7. Bring to boil and reduce the heat to low.
  8. Add in the browned meatballs and mushrooms.
  9. Simmer covered for 1-1 1/2 hrs.
