Italian Baked Pork Chops

  1. Mix flour with salt, pepper, onion& garlic powder.
  2. Coat chops with flour mixture.
  3. Dip into beaten eggs.
  4. Mix bread crumbs with parmesan cheese.
  5. Coat chops with this mixture.
  6. Brown in olive oil.
  7. Cover& bake at 325 for no more than an hour or.
  8. You can bake at 275 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours if not sure when you can serve.
