Meusli

  1. Place oats, milk, cinnamon, and raisins in a bowl, stir to combine.
  2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Just before serving, stir in apples and yogurt.
  4. Tip: Lactose intolerant?
  5. Substitute 1/4 cup apple juice for the skim milk.
  6. Tip: Wild about Bananas?
  7. Blend 1/2 ripe banana and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Add to muesli in place of cinnamon, raisins, and apple.
  9. Or, top muesli with your favorite fruit: peaches, plums, apricots, pears, or berries of any kind.
  10. Toasted nuts are a great addition too.
