Lighter Angel Hair Pasta With Lemon and Chicken
- 9 ounces angel hair pasta (the freshest possible)
- 1 12 cups cooked diced chicken (from the deli)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice (please not the bottled stuff)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 14 teaspoon marjoram
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt
- fresh ground white pepper
- 1 -2 pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- cheese, for serving
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Toss pasta with chicken, oil, butter, lemon juice, parsley, marjoram and garlic powder.
- Season with salt,ground black pepper, & crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
