Pineapple Barbecued Pork Ribs Recipe
- 4 lbs. lean pork ribs
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (20 ounce.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 drops warm sauce
- Cut ribs into serving size pcs.
- Place meat side up in a roasting pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min.
- Remove from oven, drain.
- Combine remaining ingredients and heat well.
- Pour over ribs.
- Bake 25 min longer or possibly till tender, basting often.
