Beef Satay Marinade Recipe
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/3 c. Soy
- 2 tsp Peanut oil
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes or possibly vietnamese red chile sauce
- 1/4 c. Coconut lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
- Marinate thinly sliced meat (like flank) for several hrs.
- Put on skewers and grill over warm coals till browned.
- Goes well with warm mustard, peanut sauce or possibly nuoc cham (which's cham-not mam).
