Beef Satay Marinade Recipe

  1. Marinate thinly sliced meat (like flank) for several hrs.
  2. Put on skewers and grill over warm coals till browned.
  3. Goes well with warm mustard, peanut sauce or possibly nuoc cham (which's cham-not mam).
