Good Peppers
- 8 Anaheim peppers
- 2 packages chive cream cheese
- 4 ounces prosciutto
- 2 teaspoons dried basil flakes
- 1 package bacon
- Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
- Chop off top of peppers and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, prosciutto, and basil together.
- Stuff peppers with ham and cheese mixture.
- Wrap with bacon, grill until done, about 5 minutes.
