Bodacious Brownies Recipe

• 2 stk margarine or possibly butter, frzn (1 c.)
• 4 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
• 2 c. sugar
• 4 x Large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 c. minced nuts - I use walnuts

1. Microwave butter and chocolate till melted, one minute at a time.
2. Stir to combine well.
3. Beat with electric mixer while slowly adding sugar.
4. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each.
5. Add in vanilla and mix well.
6. Combine flour, salt and nuts.
7. Beat into chocolate mix.
8. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 for no more than 30 min.
9. Cold at least 10 min before serving.
10. They're great with vanilla ice cream and canned sliced peaches.
