Oishino

• Ice
• 2 ounces junmai sake
• 2 ounces coconut water
• 1/2 ounce cachaca
• 1/2 teaspoon Simple Syrup

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
