Brad's grilled rib eye steak

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a shallow dish.
  2. Dredge steaks on both sides.
  3. Marinade for a half hour.
  4. Flip after 15 minutes .
  5. In a frying pan clarify butter.
  6. Slice onion in long thin strips.
  7. Carmelize on medium low until golden brown.
  8. 20 minutes or so.
  9. Prepare au jus
  10. Heat grill to 450-500 degrees
  11. Grill steaks until desired doneness.
  12. I like mine rare
  13. Top with grilled onions, blue cheese, steak sauce.
  14. Serve with au jus and horseradish.
  15. Grilled corn on the cob and sliced cantelope for a side.
