Orange-Applesauce Salad

• 1 (15 ounce) can applesauce
• 1 (3 ounce) package orange gelatin
• juice of one orange
• rind of one orange, grated
• 1 (7 ounce) bottle 7-up

1. Heat applesauce; add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Chill until firm.
