Tennessee Catfish

  1. Place each fillet on a decent sized piece of foil.
  2. Turn oven to 375F.
  3. Cover fillets in Dill, Garlic, Old Bay and put a tablespoon of butter on top of each fillet.
  4. Then place 1 slice of white, sweet and red onion, followed by sliced grape tomato.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  6. Wrap fillets in foil like a cucoon with an opening on top.
  7. Place in oven for 40 minutes
  8. Enjoy with your choice of sides.
