Pineapple and Orange Yogurt Freeze

  1. In a food processor or blender process pineapple, oranges, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add yogurt, process briefly, just enough to mix.
  3. Scrape down sides of bowl with a spatula.
  4. Place in freezer for 30 minutes
  5. Place bowl back on processor and pulse once to mix slightly; add whipped topping.
  6. Pulse once or twice to incorporate.
  7. scrape the bowl sides again and pulse once or twice again.
  8. Spoon evenly into 6 oz.
  9. custard bowls or fluted glasses.
  10. Cover and freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
