Thai-style fishcakes with sweet chili sauce

  1. Cut fish into rough chunks.
  2. Put in food processor with shrimp.
  3. Add curry paste, coconut milk, lime zest, cilantro, fish sauce,sugar and a little salt and pepper.
  4. Pulse to a paste.
  5. Transfer to bowl and mix in beans and scallions.
  6. Put flour in shallow dish.
  7. Form fish patties coat with flour and fry.
