Watermelon Wine Punch Recipe
- 1/2 of 6 ounce. can frzn pink lemonade concentrate, thawed (1/3 c.)
- 1 fifth bottle Rose' wine
- 1 (28 ounce.) bottle ginger ale, chilled
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Watermelon balls
- Combine 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. water; boil 5 min.
- Add in concentrate and wine; chill.
- Carve design in melon skin if you like and cut fancy edge to make punch bowl.
- Cut out 2 c. melon balls; remove remaining pulp.
- Pour punch into melon; add in balls and ginger ale.
- Makes 2 qt.
