Power Granola
- 2 12 cups regular oats
- 12 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 12 cup honey
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 34 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 14 cup craisins
- 14 cup raisins
- 14 cup diced dried apricot
- Lightly toast almonds.
- Add to oatmeal, wheat germ.
- In a small bowl mix honey, spices and vanilla.
- Toss with oat mixture to coat.
- Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about ten minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cool and add dried fruit.
- After cooling, keep in tupperware or lidded mason jar and enjoy with milk.
