Basic San Francisco Marinade Recipe

• 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp. sherry, orange juice, brandy, or possibly vinegar
• 1 x to 3 tsp Chinese 5 pwdr
• 1 x to 2 tsp honey
• 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr white pepper to taste

1. Whisk, and coat 1 lb thinly sliced meat.
2. Cover and chill till time to cook.
