Green Bean Cheesy Quiche
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
- 1/4 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Whisk eggs, mayo and cheeses until blended.
- Unfold pastry onto parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Fold up edges of pastry to make 1/2-inch-high rim around all sides, pinching corners together to seal.
- Spread beans onto bottom of crust; cover with egg mixture.
- Bake 22 to 25 min.
- or until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
