Bacon and Roast Tomato Bagel

  1. Place tomatoes into a baking dish with the cut side up.
  2. Drizzle with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 12-15 minutes or until roasted.
  4. Spread the bagels evenly with the Philly*, top with the spinach, bacon and roasted tomatoes.
  5. Serve immediately.
