Bacon and Roast Tomato Bagel
- 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 bagels, split and toasted
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 60g spinach leaves
- 8 lean bacon rashers, halved and grilled until crisp Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- Place tomatoes into a baking dish with the cut side up.
- Drizzle with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 12-15 minutes or until roasted.
- Spread the bagels evenly with the Philly*, top with the spinach, bacon and roasted tomatoes.
- Serve immediately.
