Grandpa's Tamagoyaki
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sake
- 2 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
- 1/2 packet Bonito flakes
- 3 heaping tablespoons Chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, sake and soy sauce and mix well.
- Add the bonito flakes and green onions.
- Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan, and pour in the egg mixture in 2 to 3 batches, rolling the cooked egg between each addition to make a tamagoyaki.
- I changed the top photo and changed the amount of green onion specified.
- It's great in bentos too.
