Grandpa's Tamagoyaki

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, sake and soy sauce and mix well.
  2. Add the bonito flakes and green onions.
  3. Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan, and pour in the egg mixture in 2 to 3 batches, rolling the cooked egg between each addition to make a tamagoyaki.
  4. I changed the top photo and changed the amount of green onion specified.
  5. It's great in bentos too.
