  1. Cut Fresh Corn from the cob.
  2. Scrape the knife blade down each husk to get all the corn and juices.
  3. A Bundt Pan works well for cutting the kernals from the cob by resting the cob end in the hole on the bundt pan.
  4. Set the corn aside.
  5. Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook Bacon until crisp, remove from skillet and drain on paper towel.
  7. Add onion and peppers and saute for approximately 3 minutes.
  8. Add Garlic and stir to prevent burning.
  9. Add the Corn Kernals, Red Pepper Flakes and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with Sugar and cook until the Corn begins to carmalize.
