Mediterranean Chicken Pasta
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 pkg. (6.4 oz.) KRAFT Italian Pasta Salad
- 2 cups water
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until browned on both sides.
- Stir in contents of Pasta and Seasoning pouches and water.
- Reduce heat to medium; cover.
- Cook 7 to 9 min.
- or until pasta is tender.
- Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add dressing, tomatoes and onions to skillet; stir.
- Top with chicken; cover.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan, feta and oregano.
