My mom's Fried squash

  1. Wash the squash
  2. Slice the squash.
  3. Heat a large pan melt the margarine very hot add bacon , onions, and squash.
  4. Fry till no more liquids, you may have to drain takes about 30 minutes.
  5. Then add vegetable oil.salt and add garlic.
  6. Fry till caramelized.
  7. Serve hope you enjoy!
