White Bean Dip

  1. In a food processor or blender add garlic, one green onion, and vinegar.
  2. Puree for about minute.
  3. Next add your can of beans (undrained), chili sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Puree for about 1 minute.
  5. Puree again while adding olive oil.
  6. Chill and garnish with remaining onion and paprika.
  7. Serve chilled with crackers and veggies.
  8. I love to toast a slice of french bread and spread this on top!
