Double Chocolate Grand Mariner Brownies
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 squares semisweet chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 2 squares semisweet chocolate
- 2 tbsp. light cream
- 2% milk
- 1 tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
- Melt chocolate.
- Add sugar, eggs, and butter.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add to chocolate mixture.
- Add vanilla.
- Place in greased 8x8-inch pan.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350F.
- Immediately after baking, brush on Grand Marnier icing.
- Cool 1 hour.
